Local Taxes

All store prices include GST Goods and Services Tax. There are no hidden surprises at Checkout

Drop-Shipping and Product Availability

We are NOT DROP-SHIPPERS. If we are offering a product for sale then it is already on the shelf or in our yard, right here in NZ, and ready for prompt despatch

Pickup or Collection

No. This is not a service that we offer. This is an internet store and just like Amazon or Ebay, and particularly in a post-COVID world, collecting goods is a thing of the past. Almost all prices quoted on the store include free shipping in NZ

Location

The point of original supply is at PO Box 368, Rangiora 7440, New Zealand. This address may also always be found on any packaging material and on the electronic invoice that was sent by email at time of purchase. Our physical site is not open to the public

Payments

We offer two options for payment and you can select from those at check-out. Please note that if you decide to pay by internet banking then we will allow you two calendar days to complete that process. If full payment has not been made after that time has elapsed then we will cancel your order without further warning

Returns Policy

Please take utmost care to be sure that the part you are buying is correct for your vehicle. We would rather help by answering your questions than have you buy a part that does not fit correctly. There are no refunds or returns for parts ordered incorrectly, or in the case of "buyer's remorse". All used parts are security marked prior to despatch and photo records are also retained

If despite our very best efforts you believe that a part we have sold you is defective or does not match description then please do not hesitate to get in touch by email or in Live Chat and we will set things right

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in New Zealand

As much as possible and practicable our prices usually include "free shipping". This avoids any surprises at checkout and makes the entire process simpler and much more clear and up-front for our valued customers

A surcharge may be applied at checkout to shipments to Rural "R.D." addresses, unless the listing specifically states otherwise. Please be sure to provide your correct postal code number, as we will check to be sure that you are not attempting to escape the R.D. delivery surcharge that is applied by NZ-Post. When an R.D. charge applies it will show on your final invoice as "Handling"

When free shipping is offered on smaller items weighing less than 3kg your purchases will usually be shipped with standard Tracked NZ-Post. NZ-Post will not deliver to business addresses. For such small packages please be sure to provide either a PO Box or a home address, otherwise we will need to reluctantly ask you to pay for an upgrade to Courierpost (who will deliver to a business). This will result in a delay in shipping until payment is received

As a general rule this store is for New Zealand buyers only, and WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY ... for some small high-value items we might make an exception to this rule. Please enquire and if at all possible we will try to help
