Returns

Please take utmost care to be sure that the part you are buying is correct for your vehicle. We would rather help by answering your questions than have you buy a part that does not fit correctly

There are no refunds or returns for parts ordered incorrectly, or in the case of "buyer's remorse". All used parts are security marked prior to despatch and photo records are also retained

If despite our very best efforts you believe that a part we have sold you is defective or does not match description then please do not hesitate to get in touch by email or in Live Chat and we will set things right

Tampering with goods in any way such as dismantling, opening up electronic modules, or any interference with our security seals and markings will void all warranty

Parts may only be returned once we have authorised that action and once a RMA return merchandise authorisation number has been assigned and advised to the buyer

Original packaging should always be retained by the buyer until such time has elapsed that they are satisfied that the parts match the description on our storefront and in the event of any claim the seller will ask to see that packaging

The cost of returning goods shall be carried by the buyer. The point of original supply and to be used for returns is at PO Box 368, Rangiora 7440, New Zealand. This address will also always be found on the packaging material and on the electronic invoice that was sent by email at time of purchase
