We can ship to virtually any address in New Zealand
As much as possible and practicable our prices usually include "free shipping". This avoids any surprises at checkout and makes the entire process simpler and much more clear and up-front for our valued customers
You will be supplied a tracking number as soon as possible after your order is processed. Please use that number, in the first instance
We do not have a drone that picks up courier packages from our door 24/7 and carries the package to your front door within minutes or hours. We use couriers. Couriers pick up packages in daytime business hours only, and like you or I, they do need sleep
A surcharge may be applied at checkout to shipments to Rural "R.D." addresses, unless the listing specifically states otherwise. Please be sure to provide your correct postal code number, as we will check to be sure that you are not attempting to escape the R.D. delivery surcharge that is applied by NZ-Post. When an R.D. charge applies it will show on your final invoice as "$5.00 Handling"

When free shipping is offered on smaller items weighing less than 3kg your purchases will usually be shipped with standard Tracked NZ-Post. If you have an urgent need then please ask BEFORE buying and we may be able to adjust the price to allow for an upgrade to the slightly faster Courierpost service. Once you have made the purchase it will no longer be possible for us to upgrade in this manner
Delivery time for purchases shipped by NZ-Post will be anything from 1 to 4 working days, but the impact on courier services of various natural disasters can be unpredictable. Refer to the NZ-Post website to check for details of any extra delays in different parts of the country from time-to-time:
As a general rule this store is for New Zealand buyers only, and WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY ... for some items that are both small AND high-value we might make an exception to this rule. Please enquire and if at all possible we will try to help, but only if you understand that "small" means something you hold in one hand, and that "high-value" means significantly more than the cost of a family Big Mac meal, and has at least 3 digits before the decimal point
Pickup or Collection
We do not allow pickups or collection and our site is not open to the public. This is an internet store and just like Amazon or Ebay, and particularly in a post-COVID world, collecting goods is a thing of the past. Almost all prices quoted on the store include free shipping in NZ
Drop-Shipping and Product Availability
We are NOT DROP-SHIPPERS. If we are offering a product for sale then it is already on the shelf or in our yard, right here in Christchurch NZ, and ready for prompt despatch
Heavy and Over-sized items
If free shipping is not offered on any particular item and if it is not possible to pay/checkout immediately on the store then you will need to contact us please for a customised shipping cost estimate. This will generally be the case for engines and transmissions etc, although for many smaller fwd transmissions the shipping cost is still included in the store price
