The part number includes two hoses which run between thermostat and oil-cooler by way of a T-connector (ref.#12) which splits off separately to the bulkhead heater connector
The hose section to the oil cooler has no separate catalogued part number, but it is printed with 1K0121156DA. This appears to be a a sub-assembly number and was never able to be bought on its own from a VW dealer

1K0121156DA Rubber hose to oil cooler
1K0121157EF Pair of rubber hoses to thermostat
N90760601 T-connector 20x20x20mm
reference #10 #12 in the parts catalogue illustration including the un-referenced hose section to the cooler

Please check the part numbers printed on your old hose assembly and look closely at the photos. However the manufacturer does not always label these particular two hoses.
