If you own a Fiat 500 then it's very likely that at some time the bracket that secures the window glass to the regulator mechanism will break and the glass will drop to the bottom of the door or stop moving up and down. This is usually due to the glass sitting unevenly in its tracks because these small guides have broken and are missing
** SUPPLIED IN PAIRS - FITS LEFT OR RIGHT SIDE **
The original window regulator is bad engineering design and poor quality by Fiat since as soon as these guides that carry the edges of the glass in its tracks get lost or worn the glass will then tilt slightly and other parts will jam and break
At that point your official repair option in NZ is a brand-new complete regulator from Fiat at an extortionate cost of $700 plus, and probably also a delay while they import the part
