There are no refunds or returns for parts ordered incorrectly, or in the case of "buyer's remorse". All used parts are security marked prior to despatch and photo records are also retained

As much as possible and practicable our prices usually include "free shipping". This avoids any surprises at checkout and makes the entire process simpler and much more clear for our valued customers

Please be sure to provide your correct postal code number, as we will check to be sure that you are not attempting to escape the R.D. delivery surcharge that is applied by NZ-Post.
